As a Project Leader, you will be responsible for managing two or three supported living schemes in Lewisham. You will manage a team of staff working across your services, ensuring that the support provided to people is of the highest quality and is person centred. You will be responsible for all areas of operational management in your services, and for ensuring that they are compliant with contract and CQC requirements. You will have knowledge and skills in supporting people with learning disabilities, and you will be an enthusiastic mentor and leader to your team.
