Best thing about the system? THE COST, and the control of reviewing CV’s which I know have been given to me via this platform by people who have applied for the job. My frustration with CVs from Agencies is that often those people haven’t applied for an advertised job and any interviews performed are cut short because the interviewee says the job is not for them!
